Welcome to Fathom Reptiles

Fathom Reptiles is essentially the culmination of a hobby gone too far! Owned by Faye and Tom, both avid reptile keepers with extensive experience keeping and breeding a large range of species. 

We have always loved sharing our knowledge and passion as hobbyists with other private keepers, and after years of working in the reptile industry, pet shops, aquatic shops, laboratories, government facilities, zoos and veterinary practices; we have now decided to take the plunge to become our own bosses and pass on our love of reptile keeping to the general public.

Our combined 35+ years experience of keeping and breeding has meant that many of our animals, bred at Fathom HQ, have reached keepers across the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World, with some individuals being sent to zoos and educational institutions. Many reptiles are becoming increasingly threatened in nature, and so we aim to help conserve captive populations with our breeding efforts. 

Our aim is to not be your average reptile shop, and to showcase the rare, weird and wonderful alongside the more common pet species.
